USA Hockey Number Registration
Instructions
1. Go to https://membership.usahockey.com/
2. Click “Register Now.”
3. Click through screens that follow, entering requested information.
- Coaches should register as "Player/Coach”
- Board Members / Team Managers / Locker Room Monitors should register as "Manager/Volunteer"
4. Once completed, you will receive an email with your USA hockey number.
- Numbers for the 2024-25 season should have a “5” as the 4th digit.
- Player/Coach numbers will have a series of 9 digits followed by the first 5 letters of your last name.
- Example: ###5#####LAPRE
- Manager/Volunteer numbers will have a series of 9 digits followed by XX and the first 3 letters of your last name.
- Example: ###5#####XXLAP
